The Company is the Data Controller of applicants’ personal data and processes it in accordance with GDPR (Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016). The Company collects and uses your personal data in the framework of your application for a current or future employment. The legal ground for processing for an actual application is the execution of a pre-contractual measure (Article 6.1.b GDPR). The legal basis for storage for future vacancies is consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Certain information (e.g. visa status, work permits) is processed for compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Some of our providers allow us to identify suitable candidates based on criteria expressly defined by us. The selection process is automatic, however any decision on who we engage is made by our staff. This process is based on legitimate interest to facilitate identifying candidates with higher potential. It does not evaluate key characteristics of an individual and is completely anonymous.
The Company has taken appropriate measures to keep all personal data secure, including measures to prevent data from being accidentally lost or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to those with a genuine business need and all processing is subject to a duty of confidentiality. We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator where required.
The Company hosts its platform and your personal data in the European Economic Area, specifically in Region EU-West1 of Amazon Web Services, Frankfurt, Germany.
If your candidacy succeeds, all information obtained during the selection process will be included in your employee file. If your candidacy does not succeed, we will retain your personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was processed, subject to any consent you have provided.
